Apply step 1 to dry, clean skin with circular motions from forehead to neck.

Wait 2 minutes before applying step 2.

Use the same technique as in step 1 and continue to apply until the wipe feels dry. Do not wash your face after use, nor use products containing alcohol.

Then apply your regular Serum or cream.
