COW was founded in 1999 by Christian and Wenche Hughes, out of a simple frustration: the products Wenche couldn’t live without as a freelance makeup artist in London and New York were simply not available in Sweden.

The solution was to bring them home themselves.

Since then, COW has grown into one of Scandinavia’s most respected destinations for niche perfume, makeup, and skincare. Not by offering everything, but by choosing the right things. Every brand in the range is handpicked based on quality, craftsmanship, innovation, and real results, never on trends or volume.
