How do I know that my order has been processed?

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation via email. After the order has been packed, you will receive another confirmation with information on how to track your package.

How long is the delivery time?

Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, subject to availability.

Do you deliver outside Sweden?

Yes, COW perfumery delivers within Europe, except for Norway. Shipping costs to other countries are shown at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have a full return within 14 days, provided that the packaging is undamaged and unopened. The return note must be attached and the reason for the return stated.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been packed, you will receive a confirmation with information on how to track the package.

COW Perfumery offers card payment with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as invoice and installment payment via Qliro, Swish, direct payment with Trustly, and PayPal.

What happens if there is something wrong with my order?
