Shipping & Returns
Freight
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days (subject to stock availability).
Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation via email and then another confirmation when we have packed your order. In that, you will find all the information on how to track the package.
Uncollected packages
For packages that are not collected, a fee of 200 SEK will be charged to cover the extra costs incurred by us (processing, packing, packaging, shipping, any cash on delivery fee, return shipping, return handling, and restocking).
Shipping methods
We send our packages by registered mail with Posten or DHL. This means you will receive a notification slip or SMS alert and can pick up the shipment at the nearest collection point.
Pick up in store
You can also choose to pick up your package at the store at Norrlandsgatan 18 in Stockholm.
Transport damage
If you notice damage already at the collection point, it must be reported on site. If the damage is discovered only when you open the shipment, a damage report should be made to COW Perfumery.
In case of dispute
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
Other
COW Perfumery delivers within Europe except for Norway.
Shipping cost
For shipping within Sweden, an additional 60 SEK applies. Orders over 600 SEK within Sweden have free shipping.
Shipping costs to other countries are shown at checkout.
You have a full return right within 14 days, provided that the packaging is undamaged and unopened. For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping and transport risk. Please include the return note and state the reason for the return.
Please note that we do not exchange or accept returns of sale items.
Please note that COW Perfumery does not accept returns or complaints for products where hypersensitivity has occurred or if the product does not suit your personal skin type. COW is also not responsible for allergic reactions.
We check all our packages before they are sent out. If an item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery despite this, you should contact us as soon as possible at info@cowparfymeri.se or call us at 08-611 15 04.
COW Perfumery follows the Consumer Purchase Act for any complaints. Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 14 days, and in that case, COW Perfumery covers the return shipping cost. Please include the return note and specify the defect. Remember to always keep the shipping receipt when returning.
If the defect is discovered after 14 days, COW Perfumery must be contacted immediately.
All packages leaving us are insured.
