General Terms and Conditions


To make a purchase on cowparfymeri.se, you must be at least 18 years old. When you place an order on cowparfymeri.se, you confirm that you accept the terms and conditions published at the time of purchase and assure that all personal information you provide is correct.

COW Parfymeri is an authorized retailer for all of its brands.

General Provisions for Members

These provisions regulate COW Parfymeri's membership terms. A member is defined as someone who has registered and received our confirmation via email.

Personal Data

You have the right to request access to the personal data registered about you. If the data is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can have the information corrected or deleted. Based on the information provided by COW Parfymeri, by registering, you consent to COW Parfymeri processing your personal data in accordance with the above or as otherwise required by the Personal Data Act or equivalent legislation in each respective country.

Validity Period

When you are registered as a member, the membership is valid until further notice. COW Parfymeri reserves the right to change the membership terms and conditions.

No Obligations

It is free to register as a member with COW Parfymeri, and you can terminate your membership at any time. You can do this on the page where you update your personal information.

Newsletter

When you become a member/customer of COW Parfymeri, you can choose whether or not to receive offers from us. You can log in to your account at any time and opt out of future mailings.
 

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our products include VAT, and in the Checkout view, you can see the total price including VAT, any applicable fees, and deducted discounts.


Payment Options

At Cow Parfymeri, we offer several payment methods to make your purchase as convenient as possible:


Card Payment

You can pay the full order amount with a debit or credit card. We currently accept VISA and Mastercard. Card payments are processed through systems that comply with the PCI-DSS security standard and are handled by our payment partner Qliro to ensure quick and secure payment. We use 3D-Secure, a global security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard for secure online payments.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Select Credit Card as the payment method at checkout. You will be redirected to Qliro's secure payment server.
  2. Choose the type of credit card, enter the card number, expiration date, security code (CVV), and the cardholder's name.
  3. A check is performed to ensure the card details are correct and that there are sufficient funds for the purchase.
  4. The purchase amount is first reserved on your account and is charged when the goods are shipped from our warehouse.


Invoice and Installment via Qliro

We offer invoice and installment options in cooperation with Qliro. When you choose to pay for your purchase with one of these options, you agree that Qliro processes your personal data. See Qliro's privacy policy for more information.

Qliro Invoice:

  • The invoice must be paid within 14 days from the invoice date.
  • The invoice is sent via email to the address you provided at the time of purchase.
  • In case of late payment, a reminder is sent, and a late fee of 60 SEK will be charged, along with a default interest rate of 24% + the current reference rate.
  • Additional statutory collection fees apply in case of further delay.
  • We reserve the right to conduct a credit check through Qliro AB when purchasing by invoice.

Qliro Account and Installments:

  • Choose between 3, 6, 12, or 36-month installment plans.
  • Setup fees and invoice fees apply depending on the chosen plan.
  • The annual interest rate varies depending on the installment plan.
  • You will receive immediate notification if your application is approved, allowing us to process your purchase promptly. If your application is not approved, you can choose another payment method.

Example of installment payment for a purchase of 5000 SEK:

  • 3 months: Effective interest rate 24.01%, monthly cost 1727 SEK, total cost 5182 SEK.
  • 6 months: Effective interest rate 27.92%, monthly cost 895 SEK, total cost 5369 SEK.
  • 12 months: Effective interest rate 25.52%, monthly cost 470 SEK, total cost 5643 SEK.
  • 36 months: Effective interest rate 30.00%, monthly cost 203 SEK, total cost 7303 SEK.
  • Account: Effective interest rate 33.77%, monthly cost 486 SEK, total cost 5833 SEK.

Swish (Sweden only)

Pay easily and securely directly from your bank account with Swish:

  1. Select Swish as the payment option at checkout.
  2. Enter your mobile number linked to Swish and identify yourself with BankID.
  3. Confirm the purchase and the amount will be directly debited from your linked account.


Direct Payment with Trustly

Pay directly from your bank account with Trustly:

  1. Select Trustly as the payment option at checkout.
  2. Choose your bank and identify yourself with BankID.
  3. Choose which account you want to pay from (e.g., savings account or checking account) and confirm the purchase.
  4. The purchase amount is debited directly from the selected account and an order confirmation is sent out.

PAYPAL

Pay easily and securely with PayPal. You can choose to pay with your PayPal balance or a debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account. The recipient receives the money without needing to see your card or account number.

Delivery


The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days (subject to stock availability). When we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation via email, followed by another confirmation once we have packed your order. This confirmation will contain all the information on how to track your package.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not collected, a fee of 200 SEK will be charged to cover the additional costs incurred by us (handling, packing, packaging, shipping, any cash-on-delivery fee, return shipping, return processing, and restocking).

Shipping Methods

We send our packages via registered mail with Posten or DHL. This means that you will receive a notification by mail or SMS to pick up the shipment at the nearest collection point.

In-Store Pickup

You can also choose to pick up your package at our store on Norrlandsgatan 18 in Stockholm.

Transport Damage

If you notice damage at the collection point, it should be reported immediately on the spot. If the damage is discovered only after you open the package, report it to COW Parfymeri.

In Case of Dispute

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).

Other

COW Parfymeri delivers within Europe, except for Norway.

Shipping Cost

For shipping within Sweden, a fee of 60 SEK will be added. Orders over 600 SEK within Sweden qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs to other countries will be displayed at checkout.

 

Returns


You have the right to return items within 14 days, provided the packaging is undamaged and unopened. For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping and the risk of transport. Please include the return note and specify the reason for the return.

Please note that we do not exchange or accept returns of sale items.

Please note that COW Parfymeri does not accept returns or complaints for products that have caused sensitivity or do not suit your personal skin type. COW Parfymeri is also not responsible for allergic reactions.


We inspect all our packages before they are shipped. If an item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cowparfymeri.se or call us at +46 8 611 15 04.


COW Parfymeri follows the Consumer Purchase Act for any complaints. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 14 days, and COW Parfymeri will cover the return shipping cost. Include the return note and specify the defect. Remember to always save the receipt for the shipment when returning. If the defect is discovered after 14 days, COW Parfymeri must be contacted immediately.

All packages leaving us are insured.
